1. Drink plenty of water instead of tea on an empty stomach

2. Have plenty of protein for breakfast

It is said that one should always have breakfast like a king and dinner always like a beggar. Yes, if you start the morning with good and nutritious food, then you will feel fit and energetic throughout the day. In such a situation, definitely consume protein in breakfast.
